How do I create an account on Noun?

Simply download the app, sign up with your email or phone number, and follow the prompts. Be sure to reserve your username early to secure your spot in your city.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Noun doesn’t use traditional passwords. You will log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone or email. As long as you have access to your phone or email, you’re fine.

Can I change my username?

You can change your username, but each person is allowed only one username at a time, as per our Terms of Service.

How do I join the waitlist?

You can join the waitlist by downloading the Noun app and signing up. Once your city is live, we’ll notify you so you can start using Noun.

Once you select an item, you can choose to “Buy Now” for an instant purchase or submit an offer to negotiate the price. Real-time notifications keep you updated throughout the process.

How do I sell an item on Noun?

Selling on Noun is simple. Tap the "Create Listing" button to upload high-quality photos or videos, add a detailed description, and set your price. You can choose a fixed price or entertain offers. Our digital storefront feature lets you showcase your products, making it easy for local buyers to discover and engage with your listings.

Can I arrange delivery or pickup?

Yes. Noun supports both local pickup and delivery options, tailored to your preference and location. Once a transaction is confirmed, you’ll receive notifications with details on scheduling and tracking, ensuring a smooth handoff.

How are payments handled?

All transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment system. Buyers can pay using various methods, and sellers receive funds directly—minus a 5% commission fee. Advanced encryption is used to safeguard your financial data throughout the transaction process.
